As the name suggests, it is a glass balustrade (or railing) which doesn’t have a handrail along the top, or any upright supports. The main advantage of the frameless deisgn is that they appear almost invisible, because there is no obstruction to your line of sight.

Frameless glass balustrades are an incredibly popular design feature of many new buildings, and can be used internally and externally.
Toughened glass is used for all our glass balustrades. Our laminated or tempered glass is a minimum of 10mm in thickness. This is more than enough to provide incredible strength - enough to withstand any foreseeable pressure or impact.

External frameless glass balustrades can be used to edge a balcony or a juliet balcony. In the garden, they provide a clean elegant edge to decking or a patio.

Internal architectural uses include frameless glass banisters on stairs and landings. Using glass in this way allows light to flood through your building.
